Dr. Jeff Spina has been practicing in Middletown since 1985. He was trained in Atlanta, Georgia from 1980 until 1985 when he moved to Middletown. Since 1985 Dr. Spina has helped people with all types of conditions. From back pain to neck pain, headaches to sciatica. Dr. Spina has gotten successful results with thousands of patients. You too will feel fast and lasting relief. |

Dr. Reggie is a lifelong residentof the Hudson Valley. Growing up in Cornwall and attending OCCC for his prerequisites he has been practicing in Middletown since 1990. Dr.Reggie has expertise and vast experience in treating people who have been involved in accidents and injuries. As a result of their injuries many times a patient may have a lingering pain or a subsequent pain which involves working with other specialists. Dr.Reggie co-ordinates the care and communicates with other Drs. so we fully know we get to the exact root of your condition.

Dr. David Spina graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta Georgia in 1991 and for several years has been practicing in Liberty New York with his father, a chiropractor for 50 years.
"It's a wonderful experience to work with a doctor who has seen thousands of cases and helped them successfully. I learned tremendously from that experience and now I am able to share that with my patients". Dr. David enjoys working with his patients and has a real innate desire to help and serve people. Dr. Steve was introduced to chiropractic care in high school when he was treated for an injury. He saw the success of chiropractic as a healing art, that he decided to take it up as a profession. After graduating from New Paltz College, he went on to study at the New York Chiropractic College where he graduated in 1998.
Dr. Steve is caring and compassionate with his patients and helps them understand their problem. "Once the patient knows what's going on, that's when the healing process starts. It is my job to make sure that patients understand their health condition so they can work with their doctor to fix it". |
 | Dr. Tracy is a 1997 graduate of Life Chiropractic University in Atlanta Georgia. In 1998, she opened her own practice in New York City and practiced there for seven years. In 2005 Dr. Tracy she was married and began practicing in Goshen New York. We are now proud and honored to have her as part of our experienced team of Doctors of Chiropractic. Dr Tracy's many years of experience provides her with a unique ability to communicate and understand her patients' concerns and address the health care condition with her caring and compassionate approach. "What I enjoy most about being a Chiropractor is helping each person little by little to make changes in their lives that will eventually lead them to a happier and healthier lifestyle, that's what gives me the greatest pleasure." and with her caring and knowledgeable approach, she accomplishes that daily with each and everyone of her patients. Married and an athletic mother of a 4 year old daughter, Logan and a 3 year old son, John Carlo, her family gives her great pleasure and enjoyment.
